Jeanfield Swifts Women's Walking Football kicks off!
The heavy rain didn't put off 9 hardy women who turned out for first training session in Perth. It certainly did not put a dampener on the evening, we had good fun and a great workout.
Under the watchful eye of our coach Cammy, we enjoyed a warm-up and game. It was so good to be back after of a year of non-contact play. Great to see 3 new players join our group and with the backing of Jeanfield Swifts Community Club we hope to grow the women's game in Perth and establish a competitive team (for those that want to play at that level) that can compete at home and abroad in the coming years.
