Walking football demo at McDiarmid Park
3 of our ladies took part in the game to demonstrate the sport at halftime during the St Johnstone v Rangers match.
We all loved it! Maybe not much skill on show but we had fun and that’s what it’s all about and hopefully more will join us. Weekly sessions are held on astroturf at McDiarmid Park 7.30-8.30pm (cost £4), open to all women and men over 50. Pre-register on Saints in the Community website.
