I joined walking football, as I’ve always had a passion for football, but never got the chance to play (well only with the boys in the park). I wanted to keep fit and do something that I knew I would enjoy rather than going to a boring gym.
I really enjoy going to walking football, It’s great fun and the new friends that you meet, make you feel welcome. We also do social nights out in Perth to get to know one another. I would definitely recommend it, it’s gives you a good workout and fun.
